A pregnant lady has died weeks after her baby shower in Abuja.


Nollywood actress, Sonia Ogiri mourned the pregnant lady on social media.





Taking to her Instagram page to mourn, Sonia wrote;


”RIP Princess.


I haven’t been able to understand the story behind your passing. How princess? You were the first set of people I met in Abuja years ago. You can’t leave in Abuja as a girl/woman and you don’t know Princess or her shop.



I have been confused cause you were not sick, no signs, no notice, you were full of life as you began your day. How can you d*e with this pregnancy few weeks after baby shower? Oh GOD have mercy I don’t know what to type. I remember how tight you hugged me few months ago in Abuja when we saw. Wait so no more princess in Blue world Plaza Wuse 2? Wow. My heart is broken . Till we meet again Dear Princess. Sleep peacefully”

Tragedy As Family Of Eight Dies On Their Way To Celebrate New Year In Imo.

  A family of eight travelling home for the new year celebration has perished in an auto crash at the Amanwozuzu junction in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State. The incident has caused fear and anxiety within the vicinity.   Our correspondent, who visited the scene of the tragedy, was told by eyewitnesses and police officers on duty that the father of the family who was conveying his wife and children in a Sienna vehicle ran into a stationary truck carrying rods.   According to an eyewitness, the rod pierced through the bodies of the victims and all of them died on the spot.   Policemen and residents broke the vehicle to bring out the lifeless bodies of the family members.   “Policemen from the Ikeduru Local Government area moved the lifeless bodies and deposited same in a morgue.”   The Divisional Police Officer in charge of the Ikeduru LGA, Lucky Ahiole, told our correspondent that the stationary truck was parked at the roadside when the driver of the Sienna vehicle ran into

Girl Gets Pregnant For Aunt’s Customer, Sleeps In Uncompleted Building [Photos]

  Due to alleged molestation by her aunt, she was deceived by one of her a customers who promised to take care of her. The plight of a teenage girl has been brought to the public over her unfortunate condition in Bayelsa state. The 15-year-old girl who is pregnant reportedly sleeps in an uncomplicated building somewhere in Yenagoa, the state capital, after falling out with her aunt. It was gathered that the girl was brought to Bayelsa state from Akwa Ibom by her aunt who promised to enroll her in school but never did so. Instead, her aunt turned her to house help and allegedly maltreated her. According to the girl identified as Lovet, her aunt brought her from the village when she was in elementary five because of the condition of her mother who happens to be a stroke patient and her dad who is late.
